All prices on the site of Wat leuk! are inclusive VAT and exclusive freight costs. For registered companies it is possible to pay on account. After checking the data the order is then processed. (only in the Netherlands) The term of payment is 14 days. Individuals can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, iDEAL or under rembours.

The freight is looked after by TNT post. Order(s) are sent as soon as Wat leuk! has received payment. If ordered under rembours then it is usually sent the same day. Companies will be sent an invoice. If there is a preference for specific delivery the please specify this on your order. Wat leuk! will then send the order to ensure it arrives on the requested date. Orders sent by TNT cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery. TNT post provides no guarantees. As soon as the order(s) are posted you will receive an affirmative e-mail from us. Wat leuk! is not responsible for loss and/or damage of the goods during sending by TNT post.

The freight charges are € 2.50 within the Netherlands (orders above €50,00 no freight charges) and € 7.50 for Europe (orders above €150,00 no freight charges) and € 15,00 outside Europe (orders above €200,00 no freight charges). (these prices are irrespective of order size as long as the address is the same)

If you would like us to send your order by Rembours (payment made at time of immediate delivery – to be paid at your door), charges are as follows:

• Freight costs € 2.50 +
• Rembours costs € 6 +
• 0.8% concerning totally to collect the amount (incl. VAT)

Rembours means that the total amount for the order (incl. freight costs + rembours costs) must be paid directly to the person responsible for delivering your parcel. The total amount will be stated in the email which you will receive from Wat leuk! after your order has been placed.

If you have chosen to pay in advance then Wat leuk! will send the order once the total amount has been paid into the account of Wat leuk! The total amount will be stated in the email which you will receive from Wat leuk! after your order has been placed.

If you have chosen to pay with iDEAL or Paypal, ( affirmative of reception of payment) your order will be sent if possible the same day to the address given by you. Please note that all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the following Monday. If the following Monday is a Bank Holiday, the order will be dispatched on the Tuesday.

Sending under rembours or payment in advance (transfer). If you are not at home you will have a note in the door on which stands that you 3 weeks time to take away the parcel at the given up mail office and (if under rembours after payment) you can take along the parcel. You must, however, are able to identify yourself.

If you do not take away the parcel within these 3 weeks it will be returned to Wat leuk!. The costs which are made for sending and because of do not take away (the parcel will be returned to Wat leuk!) , will be charged to you. Of course sending again will be at also your expense.

Should an out of stock situation arise we will contact you.

We are happy to refund should you have any problems with a product. We request that you contact us by e-mail info@watleuk.nl or by phone 0031 (0)6 523 80 259 within seven (7) working days after delivery, before returning any Wat leuk! product. Of course we expect products will be returned as new, with tags and in original packaging. By returning the packing costs are at your expense. No acceptation and no refund by insufficiently stamped and not presented Orders. Orders can only be placed by persons of 18 years and older. Your satisfaction is important to us!
